معرفی و دانلود استانداردهای نفت ایران – IPS

مقدمه
روزهای اولی که قصد راه اندازی این سایت را داشتم، به بحث و تبادل نظر با کارشناسان مهندسی شرکتهایی نظیر مپنا، ناردیس، IOEC، … در خصوص قدمهای اولی که فارف التحصیلان دانشگاهها برای همگام شدن با صنعت بردارند، پرداختم. همگی آنها متفق القول بودند که استانداردها زبان صنعت بوده و آشنایی با آنها برای همه فعالان در صنعت الزامی است.

استاندارد تعیین کننده ی تمام یا بخشی از مختصات یا مشخصات فنی یک فرآورده است به معنای دیگر، استاندارد حل و فصل کننده بسیاری از امور فنی و حتی غیر فنی مانند مسایل حقوقی و روابط اداری است . تدوین استانداردهای یک کالا، خدمت یا فعالیت خاص حاصل تلاش سال ها کار گروهی عده ای از کارشناسان خبره، یا دست کم بهترین های آن رشته است. تدوین استاندارد یک کار پر حوصله، فنی و بسیار پر ثمر است و مانند حساب پس انداز برطرف کننده احتیاجات شرکت در زمان نیاز است. استانداردهای رایج در صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی عبارتند از: API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, DIN, … . در کنار اینها اما، از حدود سال ۱۳۶۹، وزارت نفت به تهیه و تدوین استانداردهای نفت ایران (IPS) پرداخته است. هرچند برخی از همکاران نسبت به استانداردهای IPS نقدهایی دارند، مواردی از قبیل: این استانداردها ضعیف است، کپی استانداردهای دیگر هستند، … با این وجود به نظر این جانب این استانداردها، حداقل برای کسانی که به تازگی می خواهند وارد حوزه نفت و گاز شوند، نقظه شروع مناسبی هستند، زیرا:

  • تعداد این استانداردها محدود است (۳۸۵ مورد)
  • حدود یک سوم از این استانداردها دو زبانه هستند (۱۲۰ مورد)
  • این استانداردها از شماره گذاری گویا و سر راستی برخوردارند
  • در صفحات اولیه استانداردهای IPS، استانداردهای مرجع نام برده شده اند: با گرفتن این سرنخ، خواننده کنجکاو می تواند به سراغ استانداردهای بین المللی برود
  • این استانداردها بر خلاف سایر استانداردهای رایج و کتب تخصصی رایگان بوده، به راحتی در دسترس هستند

البته لازم نیست برای دانلود یک استاندارد، فایل چند مگابایتی مجموعه استانداردهای آن دیسیپلین را دانلود نمود. در ادامه همین مطلب، لیست کامل این استانداردها آمده است که می توانید به صورت تکی هر استاندارد را مشاهده و دانلود نمایید.

ساختار شماره دهی مجموعه استانداردهای IPS
شماره استانداردهای IPS از چهار قسمت تشکیل شده است: IPS-x-yy-NNN

  • x (یک حرف): مرحله- جدول ۱
  • yy (دو حرف): دیسیپلین – جدول ۲
  • NNN (عدد سه رقمی): شماره سریال

  • جهت اختصار، نام کامل استاندارد را نیاورده ام، برای مثال نام کامل IPS-E-AR-100 عبارت است از Engineering Standard for Building Heating System که با توجه به E موجود در شماره استاندارد و ساختار شماره دهی توضیح داده شده در فوق، عبارت Engineering Standard for بدیهی دانسته و جهت اختصار حذف شده است؛ لذا تنها به Building Heating System بسنده شده است.

ابوالفضل آهنی دانش آموخته رشته مهندسی صنایع از دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر است. در ابتدا بیشتر متمایل به کاربرد آمار، هوش مصنوعی و تئوری تصمیم گیری برای مدلسازی ریاضی و حل مسائل پیچیده مهندسی و مدیریتی بود، ولی پس از همکاری با شرکتهای پیمانکار نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی مجذوب پیچیدگی های خاص این نوع پروژه های عظیم شد و برای مهار این نوع پیچیدگی ها، به جستجو و پیگیری مستمر مقالات و کتب تخصصی مربوطه پرداخت. پس از کسب تجربیاتی در زمینه برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه، طراحی و استقرار سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه، سیستم مدیریت کیفیت و سیستم مدیریت HSE؛ او علاقه مند به ترویج دانش مدیریت پروژه در صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی شده است.
